Premature Ejaculation is caused by over-sensitive genitals

Although genital sensitivity may contribute to the development of PE symptoms, experts now recognise that PE is a multifaceted condition involving psycho-relational problems, genital inflammations, hormonal disorders, and neurological diseases. Furthermore, PE may occur in co-morbidity with another sexual dysfunction.
